we only live in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ world because we have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ world leaders, we should really try to change that when we can take ourselves away from our happier and better life games, maybe?
It WAS called climate change then but that doesn't make it WRONG. The data at that time thought that the net effect was that the planet would just heat up, ergo the name.
But science never makes absolutel proclamations. That's what dishonest actors make out. Science offers the best explanation according to the data they have at that time and is ALWAYS fluid.
And you know what corrected it? MORE BETTER SCIENCE.
It is well demonstrated that claimate change is very real and as stated.
They don't listen to them if it affects their money. That's why such big businesses are doing their best to put out propaganda to deny climate change.
You're right that back in the 1980s we had the CFCs causing the ozone layer to be reduced at the poles. But that was still part of cliamte change. It was just a more important part of it though.
What actually changed was basically just refinement. We did rather successfully tackle the ozone layer by getting rid of the CFCs in fridges and such, but of course the other aspects are being largely ignored.
Anyway, here's another recommendation: it's brutally awesome. Fantastic and quite unique art style. I only recommend the sandbox - not the single player experience. The latter is way too easy and just isn't fun.
Prepare. You will be tested.
Whole-heartedly agree. Absolutely fantastic sound AND music. The atmosphere in general is just phenomenal. The lighting, too, is so, damned real.
Nothing better to me than banging headphones on pluging them into a decent audio amp, turning the lights off and immersing myself.
And there's so very few games that really use sound design properly these days. Killing Floor does a great job of stereo placement as you can hear exactly where enemies are coming from and how far they are away.
But games like Dead Space and The Long Dark just have the most clinically accurate environment sounds they're just easy to fool you into thinking you are there.

Ancestors doesnt work. Your monkeys get stuck on a tree until they starve. I wanted to get into it but couldnt get that far in a game because of that.
Thats true. People who listen to the gov or nasa and talk on twitter vs actual scientists and the people who read their articles.

The government is self absorbed, i look at nasa for the pictures, i never used twitter, the actual scientists i know are most interesting people to chat with and i don't know anybody who openly admits to reading such articles
i can only guess that you must think Facebook is OK, as you do not mention it, there are many Professors and World Experts on there
THey will, say, big up what Elon Musk puts out without realising what he says is ridiculous and impossible.
They truly haven't helped things.
The bottom line is critical thinking. Anyone who makes a claim - no matter where it comes from- even NASA or whereever - must be backed up by evidence. And that evidence must be looked over to see if it is good.
if it ain't, then it gets rejected. If it's good then sure it'll be beleived.
It's really basic critical thinking.
