There is a checkbox that says: "I certify that I created this artwork", before you upload an artwork, which you have to check, otherwise you can't upload the artwork.

And? You know what else exists? A report button. If you're so convinced and damaged by the "stolen" art. Report it.

Ah, I see now, I once against expected too much of Valve. Seems like the library sidebar is the only thing working properly on this platform, and even that isn't fully customizable. I really wonder why Valve is setting itself up to die.

Steam being the "market hegemon" and having most of their platform's features be flawed or completely abandoned while I as a user would like them to work and as a consumer have no clear alternative platform to choose from bothers me, yes.
