The AI MAY be like that on Cyberpunk but it takes FAR more than that one aspect to make a decision.
Maybe look further into it by looking up reviews for bother from reviewers you trust (and dislike too) and watch a few youtube videos.
That's teh most effective way to form an opinino based on YOUR tastes.
Both are great games. Cyberpunk 2077 did have a bunch of bugs and issues at launch but they just released patch 1.5 which re-works the skill tree, enemy AI, the NPC reactions and interactions, etc. Even at launch I only encountered 3 substantial bugs but he overall play through was enjoyable. I'm just restarting a new play through on the new patch as a Corpo netrunner.
Horizon Zero Dawn was also really well done and polished. Playing it now will probably leave you sad though, because right after you beat it you'll realize you will have to wait and hope that Sony brings Forbidden West to PC. :)
But CP might be better suited if you have a special taste for its setting and playstyle.
There's enough info out on both to make an educated decision so make it on what you think you'd enjoy more.
