Custom steam skin
Anyone know where I could make one? I saw plenty that could be downloaded but I'm unfamiliar with this particular territory. Nothing wrong with the default skin either, just would prefer to add some personal flair to it

You create a skins folder in Steam folder, then copy in there
Steam\resource\styles\steam.styles
into
Steam\skins\myskinname\styles\steam.styles

Then copy any resource file you like to modify into its own folder (so like if you trying to change a layout file copy it into a layout folder and so on)

Then you can select it from your skins interface
like so:
