Racist behavior online

I once got in a game of CSGO with a player having his named called KungFlu, and I have politely ask this man to change his name after the game and inform him that it was very offensive. But this player didn't take any action like saying he will change his name after, or apoligize about his behaviour. Instead it told to stfu, and is another teamate that was in the game. Than I realize there was two racist on the team with one other player in the opposing team aggreing with them and support the arguement. After seeing this I took it very offensively because first of all I'm asian myfelf, secondly seeing people saying and doing stuff like this without feeling bad and thinking this is completely nothing wrong with it, and this very angers me. It doesn't what doesn't matter what race they are, what race they are being offensive to, the best thing to do is just to report them if it gets serious enough if can even call the cops and report a hate crime.

You're offended by "KungFlu"?
There's like 60,000+ people named "COVID-19" right now, which is the same thing, but "KungFlu" is just a funny name for it. There's also around 1,028 people with variants of "China Virus", and 1,990 people with the international terrorist organization antifa in their name.

This is such a first world problem to call "racist", and the word racist is thrown around far too easily. You really need to get some thicker skin if you want to use the internet, let alone play games with random people online. There's far worse things uttered in voice chats and text chats.

There's multiple types of people that are largely covered in "Asian", and even if you're chinese for example; it's just a funny name which has zero affect on you and your life, is not aimed at you, but of the origin of a virus. Tell us, how, exactly it is offensive when referring to an origin of a virus. Which again, has zero affect on you personally.

The country is responsible for it getting out due to poor standards.
Also most people attacking asians 'randomly' came after the progressive types labeled asians as "whites" this year, and most attacks on asians are from minorities. Little of it has to do with the virus or the names for it. So to be sure here, you're confirming "ignorant racists" are the ones that often scream "racist" the most, which on social media would get you called a white supremacist and a racist. Using a variant does not "communicate their racism", and not everything is racist just because it has a funny origin based name that people don't use as racism.

Did you notice the OP just wanted to control what people could/could not use as a name, let alone expected an apology, name change etc? Nowhere was actual racism noted in the actions of the others behavior, telling them to "stfu" is not racist behavior. Unlike the OP, as a minority I have seen actual racism and it is not in the silly name of a virus and I don't go around making demands taking advantage of a narrative to make reports claiming things are racist just to control others.

Had, thankfully do not anymore. One is in prison as you'd expect by people that dress up as actual nazis/racists. I do try to point out flaws, you and I have had several run-ins before where I've done such, but at least you remain entirely civil. When it comes to stuff like this, others tend to become entirely uncivil and just go with party line towing with no real thoughts of their own.

No racist actions from the others is a good thing. Don't particularly agree with using it as a name for Steam (actually I really couldn't care less but knowing Steams rules and how quick people are to label others etc...), but it's not like the other things I found and if they weren't acting racist, it's just who takes offense to what, and as we know 2016+ and each year, more & more becomes "offensive" or "racist"

But yes, strictly a name when I mentioned the other names and how many exist is really something, I noticed those were largely ignored as well (not by you).

Etc etc. That's me looking for things people would likely be offended by and call offensive/racist etc.
