sending something to steam screenshots

you see i play spaceengine and that game has a buttion to take a screenshot, which automatically removes the ui from the photo and takes a crisp photo of the amazing planet i found, but i dont wanna post it on artwork, because it was technecally a screenshot, and im not certain how to force that photo into my steam screenshot folder, does anyone know how to do this?

On Steam just go to View -> Screenshots and the Screenshot manager will open.

Select the game you're playing and upload the screenshots you want.

You have a screenshot showcase and almost 200 public screenshots? Did you forget?

i dont think you understand. those are from the screenshot you take from pressing f5 or f12, spaceengine has a seperate camera button that saves the photo to a seperate folder, not to the "steam screenshots" folder.

ah ok. you can either upload through chrome or firefox using this method (if you do not care about game association)

well i thought that the solution would be a steam based one, so i didnt want to bother the people on that discussion group, because this has more to do with the steam application.
