Can't repurchase saved cart

I purchased Fall Guys on Preorder 2 days ago, but the purchase failed, I was going to repurchase the saved cart, but after choosing my payment method I'm stuck at ''working''
Tried in the client and browser, restarted, nothing works.

'Working' happens after you made the purchase I think? If so then this means that Steam is busy with trying to sort things out with your payment provider. Some of them aren't always as reliable as they should be and thus it can take a while for Steam to process your order.

It should list your recent purchases and their current status. So, if you're still waiting for a purchase to be processed then it will be listed there and it will tell you the current status.
