Steam Market - Buy orders for non-listed items?

Hello, is there a way to see the current buy orders of items within steam market that have no items listed at the moment?

If you somehow have the link for the item.
Here is an example.

And sometimes searching the item and the name of the game in a browser will bring you to the page even if there are none listed.

What about something like this:

Does that mean there are no buy orders or do I have the wrong address?

I think that means it exists, but it doesn't have a market page yet because no activity has ever been recorded with it. (e.g. nobody has tried to sell it yet.)

I'm trying to buy this Item but it doesn't appear on steam market, it has around 700 listing too but I can't even access it.
