You mean Humble Bundle monthly? If yes then I'd say yes it's worth it unless you get a lot of games you already own, but all my friends say they love it since they get great deals and save a lot of money.

And if you mean just buying from Humble Bundle then yes again, they have really good deals most the time.

And yes they stay on Steam forever if you activate them.

Some games might require uplay running next to steam.

You usually get around $150-$200 worth of games for just $12 and they guarantee over $100 worth of games. Yes it is worth it even if you sell the keys you don't want or have duplicates of.

In general, whether the games are "worth getting" depends on you.

I'm not a fan of pig-in-a-poke deals, and the $12 are usually too expensive for just the games that are visible, since I always ignore games that I'm not interested in when looking at bundles.
But things are definitely different for other people.

IMHO the Humble Monthly is totally worth it. A couple pretty darn good games (Humble is pretty much the only Bundle site not doing shovelware) monthly for 12$ is a steal. I would use it if I didn't have hundreds of games already.

You alway have cheap pre orderand discount on HB
I get Hunt showdown at 20 euro so, for an game was 22 on discount its worth.

I recommend it to friends all the time, been a monthly subscriber for a good while now. To the point where I'm often giving away more of my keys each bundle than keeping, so I'll probably stop the monthly soon and start it again later. The bundles seem to have gotten better and better since I started. I'll continue to use them though as they have great sales and customer service.

As mentioned though, mileage may vary. So maybe try it for a couple months and see if you like the games. 10% off for the monthly sub also stacks with their sales.

Isnt it that the games are all revealed before the bundle is over?

I like it. Although I do have a growing pile of keys for games I own or maybe don't care about to give away. need to figure out how best to deal with that.

About half of the games are revealed, while the rest are revealed the first Friday of a new month (where the bundle ends so to speak and you can buy that months bundle).

Example for the February 2019 Humble Monthly.

Current revealed games:
- Yakuza 0
- Tom Clancy's The Division (Uplay key)

These games where revealed today as an early bonus:
- Rapture Rejects
- Rapture Rejects - Humble Exclusive "Safari Outfit" DLC
- Tom Clancy's The Division™ - Survival (Uplay key)

You can get that bundle until 10AM Pacific time on February 1.
After that the bundle locked (you can no longer buy that months bundle) and the rest of the games are revealed.

I've been tempted a few times by Humble Monthly, but I dislike not knowing what I'm paying for.

I have monthly running and so far it's been great. Being able to skip a month you're not interested in is nice too.

Not really interested here... I have way, way to many games going on, on to many platforms, plus a couple thousand physical games for to many systems......
