Siren series as well. Japanese stealth survival horror game where you get to peer into the eyes of the shibito.
ObsCure. Campy teen survival horror. You can find on Steam.
Fatal Frame/Project Zero. Technically third person till shooting.
Illbleed. Does this even count?
Haunting Ground is one of my all time favorites. The Clock Tower series as well.
These are on the older side, but worth a look if you are able to.
You seem to have the usual suspects sewn up. One thing I would say is to avoid games like Vaccine - that is a horrible game (I don't even know if it is on Steam, I haven't checked). It was created to look like an old PS1 era game but it is unplayably crap.
It's a real shame perhaps the best horror series ever isn't on here - Fatal Frame (Project Zero).
DreadOut series
Remothered
Lucius series (might count)
Having to be third-person, really cuts a lot out.
