Steam Voice Stuttering

Steam Voice Stuttering while i active playing a game
Steam Voice starts stuttering (inbound for me and outbound what my friends hearing) while im on a game (like apex,gta,starcraft). When im not in game, steam voice seems to be perfect. i got this problem since the Windows 10 1909 update.
Anyone got solution?
Hardware: I5 6600k, AMD Radeon R9 Nano, corsaid void pro as a headset.

I dont have any problem while using teams/teamspreak/discord. It seems steam voice is the problem. My Internet is fast enoug hwith (100 mbit/s down and 40mbit/ up)

Hello,
Its not the microphone because the (audio incomeing) voices of my friends are stuttering as well. And i am the only one with that issue. I don't hear them clearly (robotic, choppy sound) sometimes after starting a game. All my friends telling me that im the one who got issues (because non of them got issues with audo + Microphone).
i did all things which are mention in

i think i have to give up on steam voice. TS / Discord dont have any problems with stuttering.
