2. Only buy from reputable sites for Steam, if you don't wish to buy from Steam store. Sometimes you find cheaper deals on another site.
3. If you got scam by a reseller on the gray market, you need to immediately request a dispute charge back, explain clearly, and calmly, because if you hold it off from doing it, you increase the odds of not getting your funds back. Yes PayPal does it, even credit card companies, and banks allows you to request a change back.
Also please note this is not meant to be used as a joke, or away to get free stuff, as it can be illegal to do fales charge backs, and may/will come with consequences.
To add depending how long you took to make a request for a charge back from moment you bought *whatever* may depend how long it could take to get your funds back, as a investigation will take place.
