WHY DO WE NEED TO WAIT 30 DAYS TO CANCEL ACCOUNT DELETION

The reason it exists is to stop people deleting peoples accounts. Example, annoy your gf and she deletes your whole steam account)

So the account is marked for deletion and you can just ignore it and never look at it again and it will be deleted in 30 days, but the fact it still exists bothers you so much you need to have it deleted right now? Why?

oh my issue has been bypassed cuz i send duplicate requests so yeah that works too

Also, games will not be refunded and keys will not be re-armed, so it doesn't matter how long the countdown lasts.

It sounds a lot like OP is confused himself actually and doesn't understand the message. There is not a 30 day wait to "cancel an account deletion." There is a 30 day window in which to cancel an account deletion. So if you're going to make snide remarks they should be directed at OP, not the people trying to explain the difference to him.
