TC has request an account deletion and now wants to revert this because they still want to use their account.
It sounds a lot like OP is confused himself actually and doesn't understand the message. There is not a 30 day wait to "cancel an account deletion." There is a 30 day window in which to cancel an account deletion. So if you're going to make snide remarks they should be directed at OP, not the people trying to explain the difference to him.
