Market Restriction
I've been waiting for 15 days of my trade/market restriction and it should be ends today at 6AM, but how ridiculous when I check it. It moves from 6AM to 10PM and I was so confused like wtf? I do nothing but how this happens? Can you please explain further? Thank you.

a restriction is not set to a flat time like 6am, but is the minute it was applied.. so if the restriction had been put in place 11:27PM it will only be lifted at 11:27PM.. if another restriction is activated within that time, the timer will be based on the most recent restriction..

Also, keep timezones in mind... make sure the time zone listed is the one you are measuring by

The first time restriction should end on Dec. 12, 2018 at around 6:37 AM philippine time. And when I check it around 9AM today, the time restriction extends to 10:29 PM. My question is that, why is it extends? It should be remove by 6:37 AM.

The Philippines isn't in the same timezone as Valve servers.

All times are Pacific Time, they are given in Valve's Time Zone only.

But... you say the restriction should end December 12?? it is only December 6th??
