I also very much enjoyed Pillars of Eternity 2 recently; bit of a different flavour to your list, but maybe have a look at that and the previous game? The first one took me ages to get into because frankly the first few hours are pretty bland setting-wise and I didn't really like the combat. Turned it down to easy and things got a lot better.
In a similar genre space to that is Torment: Tides of Numenera, which to be honest I've barely started, but it was reasonably well received I think, hope to play more and see.
