Steam Site Licensing program
I'm trying to find out information about the pricing of the steam site licensing program. I've searched through the support article (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3303-QWRC-3436&l=) but I cannot find any information about pricing.

Does anyone know how much this site licensing program costs? Initial fee/monthly cost? Secondly, it seems that once you have the Site license, you can then purchase "commercial versions" of various steam games for players to access at your site. Do these commercial versions have monthly costs as well or are they at a fixed price?

If anyone uses the site license program, I would appreciate if I could reach out to you to discuss more about how this program actually functions.

Thanks!

You have to register here https://partner.steamgames.com/ first.

I've seen that page, however, it wants you to already have a business entity like an LLC or a partnership before you can access more information. I'm not sure that I want to go through the process of setting up and paying for an LLC without understanding the costs and structure of the site license plan. The FAQ also says that if your business entity changes name or financial information, then you basically have to merge the two accounts, and I'd rather not have to go through the process twice.

That being said, is there any way to find out the financial requirements of the Site license without first having an established LLC? Or do you have to pay to find out?...

From what I gather, $10/monthly per account.

I may be worng
But I think you can just set one with your own name and the like with no LLC
Beside that I think you only pay for games you use
Don't think there is a pay per an account

I think I signup for it on my own in case I want to show VR in public
I have no copany just did it on my name on a second account

Starting a business usually involves writing a business plan. Writing a business plan usually involves estimating costs, estimating revenue and expected profit, numbers you need to get a loan, persuade investors or simply to determine whether it's worth sticking your own money, time and energy into it. Estimating costs is mighty hard when Valve is hiding all the facts you need behind a gate you can't pass until you already paid the fees involved to actually start the company.

Not only does he want to do the work to start a business, he's being smart about it.

@OP: Can't help though, other than to suggest the obvious of googling for game cafes and whatever name/descriptor they use and mailing them directly. Maybe the ones a bit further from your location so they don't feel like they're aiding their competition.

So I went on and run a small test to see how it works and all (so if you will need any help feel free to ask :D:)

From what I see its like I said, setting up the cafe/arcade is completely free, you only pay if you are going to get any game on commercial licences and then you pay for that, and that is it
