Sim City (5) - Origins, not Steam can also be pretty fun (I know, shame on me) once you take into account that you can only build much smaller cities BUT link several of them together.

Best to delete that link in the post, that site has been know to sell stolen goods, bad keys and ect, like a few others other big ones.
