if I Delete the truckesmp account then make it again, will it solve my problem ???

The account has a PERMANENT ban, so yes, whoever was playing it to earn that is now being punished for their actions.

If you want to play the game, it's got to be repurchased on a fresh account, and oh yeah don't do whatever it was that got the first one banned.
