free mmorpg with good combat system

hello gamers.
me and my friend might play a mmorpg game later. but there's a problem. most mmorpgs got a really boring combat system! just chose target and everything will be done automatic! i want to fight myself! something like spiral knights or trove. is there anything like these?

TERA probably the best on Steam, there are a lot of good ones tho just go through the list and look them up as only you can decide what is good for you.

I cant play "traditional" queued attack type MMOs anymore, over 10 years later.

I personally really enjoy MapleStory, and Dungeon Fighter Online. Both are MMOs with real-time combat, multiple skills with different effects that can be activated at-will, and many character classes, each of which plays differently. Both have great art and music, too. They're also free-to-play!

i like to try TERA but it is too heavy (big download size)!

i don't know why but when i click play for maplestory at store page nothing happens! but i'll try DFO.

Its about $10 normally and half that on sale, its also free while the event lasts if u wanna try it out.
