Also the fact that you got these "news" from a social media page yourself doesn't make them any more believable
If i understand this correctly, the shop sells steam accounts?
That's against Valve's subscriber agreements and i think it's their full right to suspend these accounts. Which would obviously suck for the customers, but that's why you shouldn't buy whole accounts or from some shady shop(s).
First: how convenient that the Reddit poster speaks about a Facebook post but doesn't link us to the actual source but only a screenshot. If you want full transparency then linking your sources, even if it's in a foreign language, would be key in my opinion.
Fortunately there's Microsoft OneNote which also supports OCR:

So I made 2 screenshots of those alleged Facebook posts, copied the text and fed them into Google Translator. The first thing I can't help but notice is that the translation is pretty gibberish. Really gibberish. I tried Microsoft translation tools as well but that didn't give me any better results either.
But one interesting part caught my eye, you can also see it in the screenshot: "Today, after DivineShop pay for Steam".
They paid for Steam? That kind of contradicts this whole story about stolen or fabricated Steam accounts I'd think. Assuming of course that this is a correct translation. Still, the language is recognized as Vietnamese so I guess there should be some properly translated parts here.
All in all I'm convinced that this is a Reddit troll post in itself. Also because of some snippets I got in the second part: "Use the complete software to buy games, DivineShop scans", "If you want to buy it, you will buy it".

Arcording to what they said: About 10.000 accounts (the value is about 250.000 $) belong to their customers was banned for unknow reason. So they refunded about 7.500$ to all the account owner. After that they send an email to steam support and one day later all 10.000 accounts was unbanned.
The reason why I am curious about this story is:
1. Why those account was banned?
2. As I said before, this is a very popular shop in Vietnam since most of us are not use to buy games via credit card. If this story is a hoax and that shop use shady methods to make money then may be we will have to face the risk that Steam will block purchases from Vietnam.
Also steam banned 3.2 trillion of my accounts but i asked them nicely so they gave me em all back. That's totally believable.
Just because a shop is popular, doesn't mean they're not operating in grey zones or are doing outright illegal stuff.
They have a section on their homepage (which now seems to be empty) called "Steam Accounts".
If they were selling steam accounts with games on it, you can bet that this shop is shady as f***.
