I'm not into vampires, except on Halloween.
Have you tried a Google Image search with keywords "Vampire+Theme+Red+Background"

I think you can leave the blood out and rather have a vampire theme with a castle. :-)

If you want artwork of a scantily clad woman in red then search for Vampirella cover artwork. Standard varies depending on artist.
