Help! I accidentally used wrong payment method!

I was trying to send money from my Steam Wallet to my Friend's, but there was no option to use Steam wallet, only credit cards, etc. Knowing I had not enough money in prepaid credit card account, I tried using another account, and tried to click back. I somehow stupidly hit continue on this service "PaySafeCard", even though I didn't have a PaySafeCard account, and now money is pending for an account I don't have! I can't cancel it either, as I get an error message. I tried Steam support but when I clicked the transation it said "An error Occured" What do I do?

Not sure where to post this, I don't see a troubleshooting forum...

If the tansactions can't be authorized, it will fail and no harm done.

How long will I have to wait? I can't currently buy anything on Steam I don't think...

The transaction disapeared when I bought a game... Guess it got resolved!
