Steamvr on ios, can I emulate steamvr on desktop?

I currently am able to stream my desktop to my phone with an appplication called kinoni streamer, and yes it does work well with mirroring whatever is on my monitor. I was just wondering if I can output games in vr mode just to my monitor, like an HMD emulator so I can put that on my phone, since steamvr won't launch unless I have a vr output device. (I know there is an app called riftcat and I can't use that since I have iPhone).

What games are you trying to run? SteamVR games, as in only VR games, or games that are VR and none VR?

I am trying to play vr games. That use steamvr. Like the title says. not any random game run in side by side mode.
