Gifting Inventory Items?
Is there a way to gift items from my steam inventory. Like say I have apparel in TF2 I don't want or I see something in the market that I want to give a friend. Do I just buy the item and have to wait the proclaimed time before trading it or can I just outright buy it and send it to a friend like I can with a game?

You can just make him a trade offer with no items in return and it counts as a gift.

It's on the item untradable, most the time you can delete those if you don't want them in-game or by asking the devs of games if they still do it for users.
