How do I report someone with child porn on their page?

If you have reported them then you have done what you can.

You can report his profile as well as each individual screenshot/artwork. That's about it, there's no emergency "high priority report" function if that's what you're looking for.

Are we talking about real child pornography or some comic or anime avatar?
Both are not allowed on Steam but only the first one would be an actual crime.

Also just report him ONCE, if you report multiple time each new report deletes the old and your report gets put back at the line of reports to look at.

I've looked at the profile and despite a few existing banned items (before this) I don't see any evidence of what you're suggesting.

I think what Ogami said is correct, at least the first part.
