The Uplay requirement is reason enough for me to never touch it. If that doesn't bother you, by all means, go for it.

I enjoyed WatchDogs it was a fun game. The action, stealth and hacking worked well together.

While the sequel is superior on all levels, Watchdogs 1 is still a good, maybe even great game. Most of the bad rep the game got was ecause it overreached - buyers were expecting more than a GTA/Assassins Creed type game with a little hacking. For $ 10 you should get your moneys worth and more.

As much as people like to talk it down, Watch Dogs turned out to be a pretty alright game. I quite frankly find the most common negative of "DEY DOWNGRADED DA GWAPHICS!!!" to be silly. Graphics is not the entire game.

I would say grab it. It is quite good.

Most of the bad rep actually came from the bait and switch e3 footage.
