Unable to invite non-friends to a specific group.

sometimes people may ignore or decline the invites because either they dont want to join or have been invited by someone not on their friends list

They're exactly as they are in the picture you gave. i also tried swapping the group from public and invite only and back again. nothing.

I do think there is a cool down for groups after some amount of sending invites, try to give it a cool down, then try again

I've given it 2 days, the longest cooldown i've ever had for anything on steam was 24 hours, when I apparently "commented too much"

There is some kind of cooldown when you are sending invites to strangers to often.

You get a cooldown when you post 10 comments on a profil from somebody you are not befriended, its a 24 hours cooldown.

Not really sure about the group settings, but when you are sending to much, it could be considered as spamming, even more when people start to report you!

Edit: Why on Earth do you need 1.000 Steam groups, always this newcommers i guess...

no, i'm not spamming random invites to people. i'm inviting people I play csgo and ♥♥♥♥ with to get more members because i'm going to host events and ♥♥♥♥
