And maybe Ys Origin might partly sate your desire for different classes? It only has two to start with, one is primarily a melee fighter and the other a ranged fighter, though you get another melee fighter who plays differently after beating the game with either of these.

1) Baldur's Gate series. An oldie now but I'd rate it as a lot better than TitanQuest. Dungeons and Dragons for the PC and arguably the best conversion to date.
2) Dragon Age series (later work by Bioware who published Baldur's Gate is highly rated)
3) Mass Effect series. Slightly off piste this one - there's only one lead character and no "classes" but I've played through 1 and 2 and they are both great games and brilliant stories.
4) Elder Scrolls - Skyrim. Again somewhat of a free for all regarding character classes, still occasionally buggy five years after release, a bit repetitive, somewhat underwhelming endings to the main quests, utterly magnificent. The most beautiful and detailed RPG I've ever played.
5) Witcher 3. Only know from reviews but very highly rated.
By the way from your existing inventory I really got a lot out of Castle Crashers (FAR better if you have an X Box controller) and Tropicos 3 and 4.
S.x.
DAO definitely does give class choice though and is a real-time-with-pause thing. There are lots of skill advancement features though.
I think BG is similar.
you can try the demo if you want
