Your account is currently locked
First of all, idk why my account have been locked so I have no idea what's going on. Kindly explain me everything I should know, thanks. :)

How are members of the community supposed to know? Your account can be locked for a variety of reasons so you must follow the instructions given on the Steam Support notification.

Hmmm... I wonder what is it. It says it's under investigation that's why my account is currently locked. Is there still a chance to be unlock or what? Thanks

Thank you!!! I already contacted the steam support but until now they still have no responce. It says that my account is under investigation so how long would this take?

If Valve are investigating your account for a violation against the Steam Subscriber Agreement; this can take a number of weeks and it will reamin locked until their findings are completed. If you are found in violation of the SSA; it is highly likely your account will be permanently locked/terminated depending on the severity of the breach.

All you can do now is await a response and continue on your locked account.

Well, thank you and to be honest, I don't see any violations for me except for one thing if it's a violation. Here's a quick story. A friend of mine promise me that he'll put swc in my account using his card because he don't want to waste money on some other swc or some game credit to buy swc because it has tax so he decided to add funds directly into my account. Actually we don't have the same country so my currency change to his currency and it says that I can't put my currency back unless I'll use a card which belongs to my country which is impossible because I don't own one. So after he puts swc my account got restricted for 5 days because of unknown card use in my account which is from my friend from another country and then right after the restricted days ended I go to the market and buy some stuffs I like and then the next day I've seen an red rectangle box left side my name saying account alert and inside that, I'm under investigation. And I've sended a ticket already and till now I haven't got no response but still open so I guess I just have to wait and I hope it won't take so long.

I had to lock my first account for good reason it got hijacked so how long time it takes to recover my account also i have sent proof of that is mine account.i hope you steam realy understand:steamsad:
