Is it? It's not showing up in a store search on my screen. It can still be downloaded from the servers but that's neither here nor there to be honest.

Because people paid money to be able to use Steam's services for it, which includes downloading. It can't be bought anymore, so no harm done.

I'm simply saying that Valve will not remove a paid license just because it's dead and has been fully pulled from the store and community.

Because the servers were shut down, no reason to sell the game you cannot play

Because the company didn't listen to us when we told them to fix things, which led to people leaving. It's sad, I really liked the game.
