Is [+]STEAMREP a legit Steam Community site?
Most useless group ever, throwing accusations of scammers blah2, and there are no duplicated items and whatsoever. Truth is theyre all liars, yes there are duplicated and marked items that cause trade bans when they pass through your account. They are all a bunch of selfish purists who only think about themselves. They also mass report those who undergo their middleman services and ask for a huge amount of compensation after they scammed them (and no not impersonated accounts) then whistleblow. Steamrep websites and their members should be taken down by steam itself and not be acknowledged by traders worldwide.

Report the group from its page, that will get the info to the powers that be quicker than a forum post.
Steamrep is completely independent and not a community site. I don't see how Valve could take down the site as they have no power of jurisdiction.

They are introducing themselves as Valve employees.

if they were dealing in illegal gambling they could issue a cease and desist.

I've never seen anyone from http://steamrep.com/ claim to be Valve employees.

I've seen imposters do it.

Issue is when someone starts to whistle blow then do a massive report so the whistle blower cant do anything, so sad. Injustification, thats why Valve needs to do something about it.

they have been doing many things like what you have asked.

Stick to the tradingsystem and guidelines made by Valve, and any other site is not important.

If you trade outside the system, you only have yourself to blame if you get scammed.

Gullible and greedy users is as guilty as the scammers, without them, there would be no reason for the scammers to be here.

ive seen dozens of accounts get trade banned and a few others erased from steam altogether, this year alone.

there are no innocents that trade outside of steam. gifting items away for promises that never happen is not valves fault.

I know a friend whose trading for real money buying keys from CS:GO etc. Most of the time steamrep admins (REAL ADMINS) volunteer with a price to take hold while bank transactions take place. Because its cheaper to buy keys through cash than steam funds. Problem is theres no other way to guarantee a safe trade and no easier well just like you said Gullible and Greedy traders are as responsible as the Scammers themselves but what about the [+]STEAMREP members?

Valve will not acknowledge trades outside of the system. Period. They will not change anything to accomodate for those who use 3rd party means to trade.
You don't have a problem with Steam, but with Steamrep, so take it to them.
