Just think about it: you're handing control of your account to some random guy so he can play with it.
Even if the game in question doesn't explicitly forbid that, it's still something that you shouldn't ever be doing. Passwords, and in more recent years account names, are considered "secret" for a reason.
Sorry I was not clear, i mean Steam level.
But..
There are some legit Level Up Bots on Steam
I would recommend #EasyCheap Level UP [♥♥♥] ( Go > Add Friends < and just paste that name and add that ♥♥♥ ). He's giving 20 Card Sets ( 20 Badges ) per ONE CS:GO key. So if you're level 15 and you buy 4 CS:GO keys, you can trade with him and he will give you 80 Card Sets ( You can craft 80 badges ) and you can craft badges and you will reach level 40. You can add that ♥♥♥ and play with commands and see how it works :)
Yeah, only that from 30 to 40 it toke me 1h of cards buying, and unlimited steam email
And you see no problem with what could possibly go wrong.....

The sites trade you the cards, you don't give them your acc info.
That wasn’t likely a reference to the card bots, but a reference to the alias (with its third-party scammish site) at that years-ago time.
Or, you simply buy them with your Steam wallet > Badges > buy remaining cards.
