You will get a warning about duplicate content on checkout, but the specifics are up to how the season pass works.
Some do just package all DLC into one purchase, others are treated seperately, other offer these exclusive contents. If it is just linked to the individual DLC and nothing else, there might be a chance it will get marked as already owned.
Same way like Gold Editions work on some games. If they jusst bundle the base game and the additional content, you will be informed that you already have it in your library. If it is treated as a completely new app, you can fall trap into buying it twice.
That really intrigues me actually.
