First Steam Sale? Here's a Survival Guide!
Welcome to Hell itself, where your wallet is in a constant thread and temptations makes Steam the sin city!
New Members of the PC Master Race, It's coming!
If you are afraid or doubtful about your first Summer Sale, here are some tips and 2 videos for you to help yourself, get some cheap games and have fun!

PART 1 ; THE STEPS TO AVOID SPENDING TOO MUCH CASH

In these useful videos , Boogie2988 can help you to understand how the sales works and the basic steps to avoid a misery on your wallet and soul (mostly on your wallet)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vvBKoY1Koyw

If you cant see it or too lazy, here are the tips

1) The best deals are found on community choices and flash sales or "daily's"
WAITING for these IS WORTH IT . Also check for bundles and dlc combos! (http://g3ar.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/How-to-Survive-Steam-Sales.png)

2) See a great deal but not sure if ever going to play? Buy as a gift! Send it to your inventory and either trade it away or redeem it to yourself!

2 episode 1) Have a budget, DONT USE CREDIT CARDS ( you will never stop buying, trust me), use steam wallet! Place $100 for instance and spend ONLY THAT. It can help alot

2 episode 2) Follow personalities or developers to find good games at good prices. ( I'll show Total Biscuit below to make an example )

PART 2 : FINDING THE GAMES AND IF THEY ARE GOOD

Now, all you need is to find the games you want. Its the easy part!
You can for instance follow Total Biscuit's "Salebox" , a series that reccomends the best deals of the day and makes a little description of why it's reccomended.

Lets say i'm interested to get Metal Gear Solid : CqckEater Ground Zeroes.
Wait, it looks waay to demanding . Well, I can go to the forum on it's community hub and ask if I can run it!

Wait, is it good? Look it up on Youtube! Check what your brothers think with the steam reviews! *Note, you should rely ALOT on these, most are non bias and can help you decide alot easier!

But lets say I cant run it, or I hate the game ( IMAGINE I'm that stupid ) .
Easy! If you quickly go to Steam Support and ask for a refund before you played two hours and bought it on less than two weeks you get everything back!
Also YOU CAN REFUND AND BY IT AGAIN FOR LESS.

IN A NUTSHELL
*Go for flash/community/Dailyes
*Set a budget
*Look for info before buying
*Look for bundles
*Buy to play them, not leave them unplayed
*BE PATIENT
*Use your steam phone up to check anywhere whats on sale
*Use steam wallet
*Read the steam reviews! Alot of helpful voices can assist you!

Good luck
I Hope you're ready for a miracle!
