how to equip steams startup movie on pc?

how to equip steams startup movie? Its says go to settings, then customization but there is no such thing as "customization"....

Did you purchase one from the Points shop?

It is not in the Regular client settings, only in Big Picture Mode's settings.

Open Big Picture Mode.

Click on Steam/Menu in the bottom left corner.

Select Settings.

Select Customization and change it.

In Big Picture Mode, sure but there is no startup movie for regular mode.

Big Picture is designed for either a handheld navigation or if you are playing with a controller on pc or even have your pc attached to a tv for games that might be played well on TV or things like steam link and so on.
