that is something i cannot answer myself, but i believe it should say either in the mobile app, or somewhere in your funds section

If you click on "Years of service" in badges it will be giving you a date but I'm unsure that it's the time you created your account or activated your steam guard

1) Profile > Hover over or click on years of service for the date the account was created.

2) Steam > Settings > Account - Security Status shows when Steam guard was activated.

Note: If you deactivate Steam Guard then reactivate it, it will only show the date from when it was activated and not all the previous times.

Account creation date can be queried through third-party sites using the Steam API.

Alternatively: check the XML data on your Steam profile adding the ?xml=1 flag.

The above page by @Shogun Blade should usually show the date.

If you use/used Steam Guard Mobile, you get an E-mail when the authenticator was added to your user-account.

That E-mail will have the time/date when the authenticator (SGMA) was added.
