Mic setup for Mac?
I need help in setting up the mic for Macbook Pro retina!
My mic has a static buzzy noise, and people can't really hear me well.

If people can hear you, it sounds like it's already set up. The problem you're describing is a low quality mic.

You can go to System Settings>Sound>Input and mess with the options- tweak volume, ect. But if you're using the built in mic for in game chat then, as Teksura was alluding to, it's never going to work very well. You may not want to spend a bunch of money on a gaming headset, but if you have any headphones/earbuds with a built in mic then I would try those over the built-in.
buy a mic, either an stand alone or a gaming headset.

I don't think the quality of the mic is the problem here.
Macbook can't run csgo really well.
I turned off all other apps, and the fan still blowing like crazy. I have like 16 GB also.
The main point is that Macbook uses the build in mic system. I figured all the noise would come from the fan, so how do I fix that?

I also bought the gaming headset already, but it wouldn't let me turn off the built-in one.

Go into Steam preferences, Voice, change recording device from integrated mic to line-in. You shouldn't be using the built-in mic for games ever.

you need to get a better mic than the built-in mic. Getting a pop filter on your mic will also help too
