Recording games
I see a lot of people having the same recordsoftware when watching CSGO videos, never figured out what program it was.
I also like to know what the best program is to record games with

Quicktime -> File -> New screen recording.
Fraps is only available for Windows.

Yeah I've tried it, but when I record a game with the in-game recorder, and replay the demo the recording seems to be very laggy..

According to reviews Screenflisk does the job, but I have not teted it myself. Also it costs $.
I would strongly recommend installing Windows via Bootcamp if you plan to do gaming and recording due to much better performance and wider range of software available.

Are you saying that Bootcamp delivers better gaming then Macintosh on the same laptop?

Exactly that.
Windows have the biggest marketshare, so the majority of games are originally made for Windows, and OS X gets fairly bad-coded or none-natively running ports.

Yea I know that about the marketshare. But if we talk about CSGO, does it make any difference to play on windows or on macintosh on the same laptop?

Yes, it does.
Windows has better shadows, triple vsync, FXAA (those settings are present in Mac version, but they do nothing) and better performance compared to OS X.
Also if you are using Retina MacBook, it wont look so pixelated.
