1, 2 and 3 had they source code released, you may be able to find source ports for Mac OS.

Depending on how good emulation is, possibly yes. Right now, Apple's own Rosetta 2 is emulating x86 code pretty fine, from what it seems.
Should it die in 4 years (as happened with Rosetta 1 when all your previous binaries ceased working), you may still be able to get ARM-Windows installed and Microsoft's history if binary backwards compatibility is legendary (only dropped because hardware support dropped, to name an example).

Personally, I'd go with what Lazy Dog said though.
