Is Arma 3 worth getting if playing on Mac?

Is it good on Mac if so are there many servers to play on or small selection & how well will it run on a 2017 Macbook Pro (i7, 16gb ram & Radeon Pro 560 4gb).

You can see there is no Apple logo to indicate it works on OSX. It won't run natively on OSX.

So 1080p High settings would likely to run fine?

I'd ask in the arma 3 forum. Keep in mind that experimental ports often suffer from bugs and performance issues.
