I can not install "Counter-Strike Source" in HLDSUpdateTool.

He does not appear in the source list of games!

HLDSUpdatetool is no longer used for server downloads. You need steamcmd now: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD

http://www.metamodsource.net/ <----to get sourcemod working (check how to make your vdf file first)
http://www.sourcemod.net/plugins.php <--- for all of the plugins (just search for what you want)
all the instructions can be found at the main page or somewhere in there. usually you have to install metamod source, make the vdf file (specific to each game), then install sourcemod, then the plugins. I hope this helps ya. i'm gunna have to do it all again too. its been a while so its something like that.
