Source Dedicated Server Crash

Server Keeps crashing when i try to run srcds.exe how can i get this to run? I am trying to make a sandbox server with no rules and no black listed items but i cant get the stupid server to run what do i do to get it to run.

i have tried running it as admin same problem. I know my pc is able to handle running this server i have 32 gigs of ram and an i7 2700k i have a 64 bit windows 7.

same problem. the GUI and the console srcds crash instantly. I tried copying some DLLs from the half life and dedicated server .gcf and running the dedicated server trough the batch method but it gives errors and crashes. I tried to host with the Synergy dedicated server tool which seems to load the first srcds window fine and any game that you copy to the folder will appear, though it will give dll errors and crash when after you select the game. help?
