Nobody can connect the CS:GO server

Hello! I downloaded the CS:GO server using SteamCMD and created a .bat-file following the instructions.
Here's my .bat:

srcds -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 +mapgroup mg_bomb +map de_dust2 -port 27015

Then I tried to run the server using my .bat-file. It started. I tried to cennect... but it failed after 10 retries. I asked all my friends, they also cannot connect using my IP. I can only connect with local IP (like 192.168.0.1) but I can't connect with public IP (like 94.188.57.222).
Port 27015 is 100% forwarded!
Could you tell me, what's wrong? Why is it not dedicated? Why nobody can connect my server?

No, since theres no 0.0.0.0 ip on this world.

1. +login anonymous if you are running your server without wanting it to login into a steam account
2. +ip 0.0.0.0 +net_public_adr 0.0.0.0 was/is needed to get the ip setup correctly, don't ask me why, it is like it is

+ip - Specifies the IP when multiple network cards are installed (Old, but still works).

That commands is for select a network card, if you are running multiple card/ips on your machine, i cant see how setting an wrong value can help anything.

Same thing for the +net_public_adr, you can use those if the server fails to recognize one or another ip address

Start without it, and enter "status" on the console, and see if your server gets both internal and external ip.

without that command i get my LAN ip setup for the server, with the command it assigns my WAN ip with the server...

Looks like you lack port forwarding.
You must "tell" your router that you are running a server on a specific port on your computer.

Hi, I'm opening serve in my cs go server dedicated I did everything I said guides did it good problem I need your help is how I change Effie + ports serve because I did not find it and I can enter my server only via LAN and my friends do not I can enter any concerns about the ports and Effie.
And Korea have the same problem

Looks like you lack port forwarding.
You must "tell" your router that you are running a server on a specific port on your computer.

How do i tell my router that?

Each router has its own way to do it, but most of them you do by searching for Port Forwarding or Virtual Server on its configuration page.
What is your router model?
