cs2 community servers

Hi everyone here i cant join any community servers in cs2 now i thought it was my internet i checked with my isp no issues i have fiber net work and i even changed my windows to 11 , but it still says cannot establish connection to game server i dont know what to do

So i figured out that i can Join US community servers aswell as india WTF why cant i join europe where i get the better ping?
