MW3 and MW2 Virtual dedicated server.

Hi

I was setting up a servers for MW3 and MW2. I had a lot of problems and looking for solution but its so many information around network and im confused now. Could some one help me please.

MW3 - i setup dedicated server. It's running now i have to copy ony files from my PC and i runn it and instal steam (whit out MW3 instalation). Anyway, My server version is 1.9.463 and my client version is 1.9.461 and i can't play on my server. Do i have to buy DLC.

MW2 - i just read there is not such i think like dedicated server for this game omg.

Steam not working whit dedicated severs or what?

My question is there a good guide how to setup MW3. DO i have to buy another game or what?

I setup everything OK. Bu t i have problem whit server and client version. Can;t find solution for it. Do you know where i can download ver. 1.9.461 for my server or 1.9.463 for my client for MW3?

Well, you will have to download the right version for your client..
Maybe you are right, maybe that version is because of DLC or something.

There is no solution yet for this. I have uninstall server files and client files then install again. Did't help. I have to copy MW3 server files manualy to dedicated server coz if i will run steam on dedicated server and run server and wish to play on my machine, steam will shutdown server.

But i have to run steam on dedicated server anyway but whitout client instalation (them i can play on my machine coz steam on dedicated server dont reconized MW3 is running), then my server will be listed on master list.

I'm waiting for answer from MW3 tech support.

Also i will buy one of DLC just check if client will change. I will let you know.
