[CRITICAL] SteamCMD is NOT WORKING

I noticed that steamcmd just stop working on my windows 2008 r2 dedicated server.

It isn't accepting more than 1 command (parameters) at the same line.
E.G.
I used the command:

From cmd:

steamcmd.exe +login anonymous +force_install_dir "C:\Atlas_Server\" +app_update 1006030 validate +quit

It just flashed very fast and stills at the same screen with just:

Steam>

So i opened steamcmd.exe and manually typed:

login anonymous +force_install_dir "C:\Atlas_Server\" +app_update 1006030 validate +quit

Stills the same.

My last try:

login anonymous

I pressed ENTER key.

force_install_dir "C:\Atlas_Server\"

I pressed ENTER KEY AGAIN

app_update 1006030 validate

I pressed ENTER KEY again

quit

I pressed ENTER KEY again.

And that worked.
So how fix it, please?

It isn't accepting arguments (parameters).
Please help me asap cause i can't update and maintain my server this way.

Atlas Dedicated Server.
This list is useless, there're missing so many apps, u can't trust then.
Use steamdb instead:

You can use scripts

Or you can try this one

Validate is supposed to work just like on steam, you "validate" when you server is running into issues and such, to make sure every file is ok.
