Trouble with my friend signing in

He finally solved the trouble he had last month signing in to the steam app. This month he filled out the same information and he get's invalid user name and password. He is getting truly confused because he can't sign in. Everything we have tried has given him the same results. Could you please advise him with something he can do to sign in?

I am not a bot or a foreign adversary nor a scammer but a real friend (human Being) trying to help my friend get his account recovered and he has tried everything in the book/trouble shooting guide. I have witnessed him even getting a support ticket to get help but nothing is being done to help him. It is truly sad that a company worth 10 Billion USD can not buy a customer service center for its customers. They are not even accredited under the Better Business Bureau and have numerous complaints for which they don't even take serious such as this one. Its a bit of a stretch but I don't think this will even get an acknowledgement from the Director of Operations it is to much to ask for a simple request to help my friend who loves gaming everyday he is very passionate about gaming more than me as you can tell I don't play much but Runescape for like one hour all i mostly do is mobile gaming.
