Games always alt+tab (FIXED!! CHECK COMMENTS FOR SOLUTION!)

either something is stealing focus and idk how to check that with an app thats not showing up in task or doesnt even show up period... or its alt tabbing me i have no idea but on any fullscreen game, sometimes even on windowed games (titanfall2, rocket leauge, any dark souls etc...)

I dont have maleware or viruses, i didnt download anything wierd, none of my macros are set up, connections are fine... im so confused this is pissing me off so much

might need more elaboration on the full scenario. are you running a touch screen device?

no actually i finally figured it out, i mighthave found out why as you said that but to answer, no not touchscreen...

what was actually happening was razer synapse was trying to sync to the cloud to or from my old pc every 20-ish minutes, causing it to gain focus and tab me out of what im doing... the thing was it never FULLY took focus so my logger script never picked up that that file was being opened so i just had to guess off of some other guy that i read that had a similar problem..

fix was to just add all the synapse apps (not other razer apps) to the firewall and disable them from everything manually.. all the features still work perfectly, i just cant change anything or update unless i allow it and do it again, but that doesnt matter because if it doesnt want to update, you dont have to!

oh man thats heinous thats why i hate third party app stuff that sync in with game content im really glad u figured that out everybody deserve to relish in steam and source engine gratefully
