how to make a csgo server totally steam free
hi soon under some circumstances i won't be able to connect to the steam servers anymore but i still want to be able to play the game with my friend so i want to be able to host a server that has port forwarding support that will work without any steam services and any connection to steam

As punctuation characters and a shift key don't exist on your keyboard what you're looking for doesn't exist either. No server has port forwarding and CS:GO is a Valve game. Your only other option is to pay for hosting but it will still be through Steam because it's a Valve title. You're not going to be able to play a Valve (Steam) game avoiding Steam but even if you're banned from the game you can still play through LAN and insecure servers (servers that have cheats enabled / VAC disabled...same thing).

oh thx also sry for the lack of punctuation characters english isn't my native language so i have problems with these stuff. also i no longer have the problem where i can't access steam thx for the reply anyways :D

Just set sv_lan to 1, disable secure (VAC), and the server should run just fine.
On the game side, just put on offline mode while you still have access to steam servers..

Should work.

thanks i might lose access to steam again so thanks for the advice will def check if this works :D
