Hi there,

setup a dedicated server last year, worked fine until now, it won't start and gives the error stated above, shuts down immdiately. Anybody got an idea how to fix this?

Update sourcemod should fix that problem

In the end it was just an old "serverkey" as I call it, as the server didn't run for a while. Got a news one, now it's up and running again.
